As such, many but not all conditions or situations are treated through our platform (eg, substance abuse, eating disorders, schizophrenia, couples therapy and relationship issues, etc). We focus on providing exceptional care at an exceptional price and currently do not work with insurance companies or accept health insurance. Pricing is straightforward without the hassle of insurance providers and wondering what your insurance covers. We do not currently accept medicare or medicaid.

 

Our telehealth platform gives access to licensed healthcare providers that offer personalized treatment plans, if prescribed. In addition, we provide a number of free mental health resources: an online mental health assessment tool that measures anxiety and depression symptoms, articles on our blog, and more. Our platform’s privacy and security is consistent with HIPAA standards.
We work with healthcare providers to create a personalized treatment plan that is appropriate for you. If prescribed, medication will be discreetly and directly sent to you, free of any shipping charges.

If you are interested in a prescription, e-health pharma will match you with an independent physician who will evaluate whether or not you are an appropriate candidate for the prescription product and if appropriate, may write you a prescription for the product. Controlled substances, including amphetamines (such as Adderall) or benzodiazepines (such as Xanax and Valium) are not available through our platform.
